Fearless. Badass. Power coach. That’s how my clients describe me. And for the past 15 years, I’ve been empowering them to be just as powerful to break through their fears, blocks and limitations to attain their highest aspirations and dreams.

Although I am a Master Certified Business and Life Coach with the International Coaches Federation, and have extensive studies in human behavior, I believe one of the most impactful gifts a coach can offer is personal experience. As someone who has faced and overcome adversity, I bring a level of understanding that sets the stage for authentic connection and relatability.

In 1996 I took a leap of faith and moved from Brazil to Canada with my husband with nothing more than $1000 in our pockets and heart full of dreams. I didn’t speak a word of English and had limited knowledge of Canadian culture. I relied on my street smarts and forged forward with trust, facing my fears along the way. We survived, but we didn’t thrive.  

Then in 2004, serendipity! The entire trajectory of my life took a turn when I discovered the personal development field and immersed myself in numerous camps and courses. My commitment and dedication to grow set me on an unstoppable path that radically altered my life. This deep dive into self-discovery unearthed my true calling—a passion for coaching and training. 

This passion led me to develop a unique method of coaching by blending multiple modalities and life experiences to support individuals in a soulful and practical way. Using my keen sense of intuition and a direct no-nonsense approach, I have helped clients in almost 45 countries reconnect to their power and purpose to live authentic and fulfilled lives. And I am now close to launching my first book about fear and human expression titled: “Fear Doesn’t Exist.” So, stay tuned! 

Today I am blessed with an abundant life living in beautiful North Vancouver, BC, close to the forest where I find deep connection with my spirituality. But the most rewarding and life affirming gift of all, is being able to witness my clients blossom into their full potential in every area of their lives: health, relationships, business and financial freedom.
